COVID-19 Shipping Update (Patreon)

Hey Patrons,

We hope you’re all staying safe and healthy during this time! In compliance with the government of Ontario’s instructions, we’ve temporarily closed our warehouse to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 in our community. Though this doesn’t have an immediate effect on our patrons just yet, we wanted to give everyone a head’s up that the closure may be extended past the current two weeks. 

What does this mean for patrons?

Pledges will still be charged to your account automatically at the beginning of the month and the PDFs will be sent out as expected through Patreon message. 

Depending on the length of closures, physical rewards may face a delay in shipping out. We’re committed to sending out the cards and booklets as soon as we’re able and will post an update closer to mid-April when we have a better sense of what kind of delay we’re looking at.

Previous rewards are still available through support@thedeckofmany.com, though cards and booklets will not ship until after the warehouse has reopened.
