Once again it comes down to a “Dead creature cannot hurt you”. Usually. So to me it seems that the Sword of Wounding has no real downside off hand BUT the Mace of Terror has so many RNGesus fail potential. WHAT IF all monsters make their saves? WHAT IF the BBEG fails and “escapes”? What IF you roll a “1” for the daily recharge? BUT then IF the mace procs and a mob fails there’s an escape opportunity. BUT this is only my opinion
