Usually there's a discussion I have with myself when voting. Usually turns out to be what I think is more beneficial overall to a variety of classes and roles. The fact this shield can be metal or wood is also beneficial to those whom play Druid too So not going to go pro con heavy But it comes down to an "Automatic" vs "Command Word" effect in which the Spellguard Shield takes it for me
