Hey patrons!

We’ve got some news today--some good, some not as great, some exciting!

Backlog Shipping Update

To start off with the not as great news: Gyx and Harathos physical rewards are experiencing further delays. The two major setbacks that impacted our anticipated timeline were issues with our cutting machine for the booklets and the hand-carved stamps. This was especially difficult to navigate during the holidays.

Unfortunately, this means the rewards we’d been aiming to ship out mid-February will likely experience delays as well. We’re working to mitigate the impact of the delays and will keep you updated on when to expect the rewards to ship.

We’re so incredibly grateful for the patience you’ve shown us and the team is working to get them shipped out as soon as they possibly can. The pandemic really threw a wrench in our process and to speak frankly, it’s been a bit of a struggle to find our footing ever since.

We’re making changes!

But here’s the good news: we’re dedicated to getting back on track! Here are a few steps we’re taking going forwards to keep you in the loop on our progress:

Until the backlog ships out, we’ll be posting weekly updates! We’ll let you know what progress the team has made over the past week and any challenges that have slowed us down. We want to keep you up to date on what’s going on behind the scenes to give you a better idea of when rewards will be shipped out.

Heads up before the delays happen rather than after! In the past, we’ve given updates regarding delays after our anticipated timelines have passed and after we’ve had a few patrons make inquiries with our support team. Going forwards, we’ll post an update as soon as there’s an indication there may be a delay. Not all potential delays will result in late rewards but with a bit of a heads up, there won’t be any surprises!

Regular shipping updates! Once rewards ship out, we’ll post an update! This way there won’t be any ambiguity on if they’re on their way or not.

Thanks again for your ongoing support and patience. We know how frustrating and disappointing the delays have been but rest assured, we’re committed to eliminating as many as possible and returning to regular production.
