The scroll would be more useful, yeah, but com'on. How can anyone say no to a legendary dragon item!?!? 😍✨

i mean... yes this is one of the cases where i would like to be able to say "both" given that the magic scroll is very common and would be very useful, while the dragon orb... is the dragon orb. Therefore since i can only vote 1 my vote goes to the magic scroll since it has less of them vote thingies.

Nobody

Screw the dragon orb, the magic scroll could be anything. A boat? The perfect spell you need? or maybe a Scroll of Tarrasque Summoning
