Folding boat FTW, if for not other reason than that you can realistically give it to your players!

I have to admit that this is the hardest one I have had to choose from so far. Would have picked both if I could have.

In my DM's homebrew campaign, one of the main PCs-turned-NPCs was trying to sell the foldable boat in the delightfully decadent city of RaMaluun... which is based on the city of Petra and is located in the middle of a vast desert. Suffice it to say, he was not doing well... until we made a point that he should market it as the ultimate display of decadent opulence. Make a miniature lake in your estate and float around on your foldable boat just to show off how much more power and wealth you have compared to your friends. Alas, that campaign ended before we could corner the market.

folding boat is nice, but the instant fortress gives you precious rounds to regroup and heal before it is taken down.

I just love the fact that the instant fortress can be used to smash people, and can be used as an alternative to the tiny hut, (unless purple worms are in the area)
