Oh! These are 2 items i absolutely hate. But the eversmoking bottle is the most useful of the two. eversmoking bottle - you have... uhm... a giant target saying "cast area spells here" you cannot see inside or outside of it and it follows the bottle. At least with a darkness spell there are ways to see through it with this... though luck. And unless you want to lose the reusable item... you will have to go back where you left the bottle. But at least it's not like with the... efreeti bottle - which has an 80% chance of giving you a very powerful slave (with all the moral implications of the case) which does not like to be there and do your bidding and a 10% chance of giving you an angry and armed spellslinging slave which might know the wish spell which means you die or are far worse off than before. And a 10% chance of giving you an uncooperative slave with a wish spell... which means you still die but by your own hands this time.
