Meet August's Big Bad! (Patreon)

Patrons, may we introduce you to... Mirabelle!

The Toymaker’s Daughter is a beloved, if terrifying, bedtime story told to children to scare them into going to bed each night. Parents warn that children who aren’t safely tucked in will be snatched up by a tick-tocking girl and carried away forever.

But this fairytale is based on truth.

While the stories have rendered her a nameless threat, the real Toymaker’s Daughter, Mirabelle, is a young child trapped within a mechanical body, driven to violence because she cannot feel. She snares and harvests the life force of innocent children, believing she can find the way to restore herself to the life she lost.

Will you de-construct Mirabelle, or will you become the latest addition to her toybox? 🧸
