Alkinimic Rex Preview - Kobolds of Old Alkinimic Mountain (Patreon)

Alkinimic Rex dwells at the heart of Old Alkinimic Mountain, protected by the maze of kobold and mimic-infested tunnels. The cavern was originally a mock hoard designed to dissuade adventurers from venturing further into the warrens.

For centuries, the cunning kobolds of Old Alkinimic Mountain thrived under the rule and protection of the ancient red dragon, Old Alkinimic.

When Old Alkinimic breathed his last, his kobold minions were inconsolable. They could keep up the ruse, but for how long? Without the protection of a great dragon, they were surely doomed... until they found Phaign's Mirror, and resurrected Alkinimic into its strange new mimic-replica self.
