Agaar Preview - The Baobei (Patreon)

If Agaar has any soft spot, it is for the baobei who dwell in the Carrageen Caves and often take the shape of bear cubs. Agaar handles the baobei as though they are its own cubs, acting as guardian and even playmate to them at times. Together they exist in a symbiotic relationship: the baobei provide a lair and the magical skull while Agaar keeps them and the precious skull safe from treasure hunters.

Whenever a guardian of the amber skull dies, the baobei look for a replacement. Ultimately, they desire to spread beyond the caves and take over the surrounding ecosystem.

The baobei and Agaar coexist peacefully and work together to prevent incursions into their caves.
