What do you want tomorrow a formation or a tactic based on a manager?

I'd go old school like a historic 442 from someone?

Any managers in mind?

I just wanted mourinhos inter 4231 tactic

Nothing as a jump out was thinking something old school like a Capello 90s AC Milan or something. Someone's pointed out to me on another thread though that a flat 442 probably isn't the best formation so maybe it wasn't the best idea.
