Voice acting in adult scenes (Patreon)

Hi! I decided to add voice acting only in sex scenes, and here's a few options:

• Subtitles only - no voice acting, just subtitles (moans would be added anyways);
• Voice (Russian) + subtitles (English) - Voice acting without an accent , but to understand what they are talking about;
• Leave it as it was before - Don't change anything;
