This week was largely focused on creating a new environment for Episode 2, which required a lot of work as expected. It's not the most exciting part of the process as the render count doesn't go up, so it doesn't really feel like good progress is made. But it's necessary😊. There will be 6 new environments for this episode, and this is the second one that's finished. (The first one was finished in Devlog #4).

I've also started rendering part of the story in the brand-new location: about 30% of the scene's renders are done. Overall, the rendering speed is still going strong, and a bit faster than I had anticipated.

Writing update: I've run into a bit of a problem, again 🙃. I estimate the current script to be around 2.5 hours... and there are still some gaps to fill. So once more, I'll need to cut some parts and move them to Episode 3. I suppose that's just part of my learning curve when it comes to planning and scope. In the end, it's not really a bad thing — Episode 3 is already getting more and more content — but it's definitely an area where I still have room to improve and streamline my process.

Take care, and see you next week!

ilPazzo, love the work that you are doing and am totally hooked on this story. I was just wondering that any normal person especially female would have sought to look for alternative accommodation with regards to all the issues that she has had to put up with Fred. I was just wondering if an option such as that will be available for Jen and Jess to possibly move in together or for Jen to just move into her own home/apartment.

Hmm, Fred, Jen, Jess? I think you're talking about another game, as none of those are in Danger Blue 😉

Oh my I sincerely apologies to you. You are correct.
