Now that she’s an adult, she understands how Johanna and Astrid feel. She’s also starting to feel aches and pains all over her body—haha! I’m not sure why, but I had a feeling she’d end up with a hairstyle similar to Astrid’s when she grew up, so that’s how I drew her. Thanks for watching!

Middle Aged Hilda dressing her hair like Astrid is a really fun idea 🥰 That was a big point in Season 3, right? That Hilda resembles her a lot, in her Blue Hair and her Fairy Spirit. And she’s cute, too! Perhaps not as tall and slender as her mother, she’s shorter and stouter, but yoy drew her keeping her womanly charms into that age. And her trademark sweater colors of course. Hilda’s once-smug face blends seamlessly with that style and that haircut! Not only is the design gorgeous, but I like the way you drew the light reflecting off her now-slightly-blanched blue hair! 🪩 Though the biggest change is that after a long childhood of adventure, now she finally slowed down and feels the aches her elders once did 😂 Maybe she’s now experiencing some sympathy for them, always accompanying her as a hyperactive child. If she’s a MILF too she might have her own Hyperactive brat to chase as well. Her Fairy Genetics might give her a long life and beauty, but even that can’t stop soreness after trying to flip and jump around again. Only a Massage from her Husband can do that! 💙

I’m glad you like the character I drew! She was certainly influenced by Johanna’s style, but if she were to take inspiration from anyone else’s hairstyle, I felt it would be Astrid’s—haha! Like anyone else, she likely misses the boundless energy of her youth and feels a sense of melancholy as she ages. If there were a story about her as an adult, she certainly wouldn't be as strong or agile as she used to be, and she’d probably find that quite frustrating—haha! And seeing the liveliness of their own children—or other young kids—they’ll likely find themselves reminiscing and feeling a sense of nostalgia. It’s a moment that’s bittersweet yet deeply relatable—haha! And as you said, her husband is the only one who can gently comfort her frail body—haha! Thanks for watching!
