I would like to say, as a little observation in pro of this chance, that let’s be honest, Red and Dev is very likely, and quite frankly, going to happen as a canon event in the near future. Keeping that in mind, I think that everyone should lean towards a combo that is clearly impossible, like Leon and Dev or Ray and Dev or anything like that, as a chance like this might not happen again.
