Poor Timothy. :( Pretty cool we got Casey in this episode, though.

Tim could've been like Casey but unfortunately he was a loser blinded by the hero fantasy. Meanwhile, Casey wasn't and was ready to take action and fight.

This series has a knack for making a lot of mutants and villains actually tragic and sometimes empathetic, Mutagen Man being the star of that show. I love Casey Jones, he’s my favorite TMNT character. IDW Casey is peak. The stealth shots where they go with the fully white eyes is so cool, they do a great job of mixing it. That shot where they were on the fire escape and on the wire with the greyed out coloring look so much like the Mirage comics.

I love that they do it. It fits well with the themes. I've also always liked Casey. Great to have him here.

I always felt bad for Timothy. He was annoying and made things bad for the turtles but he didn’t deserve this, just be a unthinking mutagen addicted monster
