Looks like we have similiar experience when it comes to Kamen Rider. Geats seemed pretty cool, for sure. Kiva really stood out to me, too.

Kamen Riders in the Heisei Era (Kuuga - Zi-O) are pretty standalone with crossovers only happening in the movies, so you can pretty much start anywhere. But if I had to give a suggestion, Kamen Riders W, OOO, and Fourze are the most episodic with overarching stories that have you saying "just one more episode".

Skyrider was meant to serve as a reboot for the franchise which is why the title for the season is titled "Kamen Rider". The ending of Stronger involved the previous Riders sacrificing themselves, but later returned in Skyrider's season having survived.

Here's all the Kamen Riders in order: Ichigo and Nigo (same show), V3 and Riderman (same show), X, Amazon, Stronger, Skyrider, Super-1, ZX (10 Kamen Riders Special), Black, Black RX (Sequel to Black), Shin, ZO, J (Shin, ZO, J are movies. They're all free to watch on YouTube if you're interested.), Kuuga, Agito, Ryuki, Faiz, Blade, Hibiki, Kabuto, Den-O, Kiva, Decade (Heisei 10th Anniversary), W, Fuuto PI (W Sequel anime/manga), OOO (pronounced Oh's), Fourze, Wizard, Gaim, Drive, Ghost, Ex-Aid, Build, Zi-O (Heisei 20th Anniversary), Zero One, Saber, Revice, Geats, Gotchard, and the newest season, Gavv.

To be honest you can start with whichever season of kamen rider you want but I would recommend to start with either W or Geats
