I wasn't really feeling Episode 19. It was fun, but probably my least favorite. Episode 20, though? ABSOLUTELY HYPE AND DEVASTATING! Enjoy. ;)

Out of all shredders this version has always been the most hateful, delusional, spiteful out of all of them

Winterflower13

Shredder, you sacrificed everything because of your hate for splinter for something you are 100% responsible for. Well yes you are not responsible for splinter father taking you in but everything that has happened to you, all the people you have hurt, all the innocence lives that has been lost, all property damage, your toxic relationship with everyone and your sad mind set is your doing. And you cannot blame the mutagen for his delusional behavior because he has been like this for several years before he knew about krang and the mutants

The delusion from this shredder is astounding

Can’t wait for the aftermath of this and for the storyline with the April and the crystal 🤧

Wingnut and Screwloose were characters made for the 87 toy line and were later adapted into the TV show and the Archie comics that went with it. In the toy line and the Archie comics they depicted as superheroes and allies of the Turtles. In fact, they were founding members of the original Mighty Mutanimals, along with Jagwar, Dredmon, Mondo Gecko, Ray Fillet and Leatherhead. Although, like Leatherhead, they were depicted as villains in the 87 cartoon. I believe this episode was made to poke fun as thie blatant inconsistency.

I have a special liking for episode 19. Wingnut and Screwloose were 80s originals and here they’re homaging Adam West and Burt Ward’s Batman and Robin, and as a forever Batman man, I love them.

I enjoyed it for those aspects too. I just figured we would keep the plot rolling. Lol. It was a cool episode.

Keep in mind S4 was originally supposed to be the last season of 2012 But since it preformed well enough Nick ordered another season of it as a sort of epilogue to the entire series so when you get to S5 it isn’t as consistent as you’d like it to be. But it didn’t do well so S5 was the last even though some consider it a fill in the blanks of previous seasons and not all of it is canon some stuff is

Also fun fact Wingnut is also voiced by Knockout from Prime lol

Funny how quick you switched up on Shredder in this series lol Now you hate him lol

I never understood how in the intro spike was there and not chompy like what was the point 🤔🤔 I always thought as a kid they planned on turning slash back but never did.
