This was a nice Mad Max inspired 'What-if" story arc, but I think the Usagi story is still my favorite in S5. Only 2 videos left for TMNT 2012. Enjoy!

Funny story. Originally, this three-parter was meant to be the series finale, at least according to the production order. But rumor has it that, even though the creative team always intended this to be a What-If scenario, the heads of Nickelodeon were concerned kids would get confused and think this was a canon ending. So supposedly that's why they aired the arcs out of production order.

This What If Story is set after S4 shortly after the whole Tiger Claw Cult in case your wondering. The Krang came back for revenge from dimension X. Splinter and Shredder would be dead at this point. it’s non canon.
