Hey everyone! Here's the schedule for the week:

The Super Sentai grind continues as both King-Ohger and Kyoryuger close in on episode 29. Once we hit that milestone, King-Ohger will be put on hold so I can shift focus to Kyoryuger—gotta get us ready for that upcoming crossover between the two!

In the Ben 10 universe, Ultimate Alien is wrapping up, and we’re about to kick off the next chapter with Omniverse!

As for Bakugan, it’s slowly but surely heading toward its series finale. Since that’ll free up a Patreon exclusive slot, I’m leaning toward bringing Beyblade X back to finish up Season 1. I should be able to wrap that up fairly quickly, which means there’ll be room to start covering another series soon after. I also have plans to bring Avatar: The Last Airbender back into the mix as well.

I think you'll like Omniverse. I personally have mixed feelings about it, but I find several of the new characters really endearing and a few of the story arcs are among my favorites of the entire franchise.

I'm excited for it—I really hope I end up enjoying it. I mean… it is eight seasons. 😅 I’m planning to knock out at least one season a week, so we’ll be cruising through pretty fast. I am kind of curious what Ben 10 fans will want me to check out next once Omniverse is done though.

I didn't hear that. I was wondering when the dub would start rolling out. Ill have to look into it for reactions. ;) which other series are you looking forward to seeing? Tmnt 2003 is one of them, iirc.

Gen Rex and Secret Saturdays are the obvious ones for Ben 10 fans specifically. Those aside though, I’ll take a stab at it and say that similarly “serialized” shows might be quite popular. Last year when you had mentioned shows like Slugterra I was very excited, even if it was just a suggestion.

TMNT 2003 is up there, but I know you want to react to Rise first, which is fine because I like that one too. After that crossover reaction, I'm exciting to see you react to Generator Rex. I also hope at some point you give Elusive Samurai a try. It's already been renewed for a second season.

Rise first for sure but good to know you'll have 2003 to watch, too. Rex will be on the next poll and if I can manage to get a week or so ahead in the current roster, I can start some extra series. That's my goal atleast. Elusive Samurai is an anime right? I'll keep it in mind but there's a few other anime I'd like to cover first. New seasons for Fire Force, DanMachi, etc.

Yes, Elusive Samurai is an anime. And I understand, I just wanted to put it out there for consideration. And as long as we're talking, I figured I'd throw a few more recommendations your way. The Batman (2004) Green Lantern: the Animated Series And maybe reconsider that idea I pitched a while back about reacting to popular pilots that never got picked up.

Onwards to Omniverse, the most controversial series yet. A shift in tone, a different art style (and more changes you'll immediately notice in the first episode). I remember as a kid when the first teasers came out, I hated it. I immediately missed the more serious and darker tone of the UAF era. And the first season of Omniverse def took its time before it found its groove. But man, does that series turn around substantially when it finally does find its footing. Probably IMO the best story arcs of the entire 4 series, best villains, and even maybe best themes. I have a feeling like the rest of the fanbase you'll be put off initially by the tonal change, but I'm telling you it will be worth it to trudge along those first few episodes. I can't wait to see your reactions, I have a feeling you're gonna love it when the show finally starts cooking 🧑‍🍳🍳.
