When what I consider the weakest episode is still genuinely fun and enjoyable, that’s a great sign for the season as a whole!

Now you have the origin of the main villain of omniverse. A corrupted Galvanic mechamorph named Malware. In the original series it says the galvanic mechamorphs was created from an environmental disaster on galvan b but as we see here it was created by azmuth . Also i love that the new villain is one of ben 10 original villains

Many people hate Pax because of his annoying animal activist stereotype. Also remember how in secret of the omnitrix we saw feral Floraunas (wildvine) in azmuth hideout so seeing a relative ”sophisticated” Florauna make you wondering why they are so different

That scene where ben turns into different alien irritated the fans. I mean it is clearly shown that ben can change to another alien whenever he wants, it’s clearly no restriction so why doesn’t he do it more. I mean it make more suspense and that ben has to be creative which is a huge part of his character but there are time there not even debatable that turning into another alien would make things better and easier even if its random because several times ben has failed a mission because of turning into the wrong alien so why not give it another try

That Pax didnt know the earth atmosphere contains nitrogen shows that some aliens dosent know about the earth environment but to be fair we wouldn’t know much of other planets either. And i like that fact because to them we are aliens

One th8ng omniverse does well is they went back and looked at ben ten thousand and ken ten episodes and wrote down the alien names mentioned by ken and ben ten thousand and made designs for them

The Two Galvins are basically supposed Good Guy Versions of Octagon and Boid but in reverse. The one with the hat is stupid and the one that’s shorter is smarter in case you were wondering about them personality wise. They’re a riot and very funny you’ll love them.

Oh no trust me Julie is in this series but, Julie and Ship not just are not on good terms with Ben anymore (she’ll make that very clear when she arrives). They broke up sometime after Ultimate Alien and before the beginning of this series. I’m not gonna spoil when she pops up or why they broke up but trust me she’s in the series don’t you worry it’ll be interesting. Again Ben has a whole lot of love interests and idk why show runners are so obsessed with giving him a bunch but I guess it’s to make the Muli-Shipper Fans happy. 😅👌

Pax is annoying, but on the plus side, he's not in the series that much. Given a choice, I'd prefer an episode with Prof. Hokestar over him any day.

Omniverse’s flashbacks do a really good job of fleshing out some of the stuff that Ben got up to post-OS. We know from the first episode of AF that Ben did at some point get the Omnitrix removed in order to live a normal life, but it’s not like that happened right away, so seeing some misadventures and introducing characters to bring back in the future are really nice. Malware and Khyber are really cool villains and two of the main ones for the (larger 40 episode first) season. This show benefits over the other by having a lot of big bads across the show and sharing season, both old and new. There will also be a lot of villains fished out from OS. It’s really cool seeing aliens now being more integrated with earth, and different species both old and new just out and about. The Kraaho are a pretty neat concept, and we’ll be seeing more of Esther. I do really feel bad for Room being in that heat. It’s hard to tell because he’s very sleek, but he’s actually covered in fur, so between that and the full body armor, he must’ve been drenched in sweat lol. And yes, Pax is a Florauna (Wildvine). We saw some very ones guarding Azmuth’s hideout when we first met him in exile in Secret of the Omnitrix, but it’s nice to meet a civil one. I also just find it funny that Shocksquatch has such a thick Canadian accent because he’s a based off a Sasquatch lol.

I forgot they said that about the Mechmorph until you brought it up. I guess Azmuth didn't want to tell the truth about another one of his mistakes. Of course it's really a retcon. Still cool.

I'm loving the flashbacks, man. There's a lot of time they can cover between OS and AF, and I'm 100% down for it. Malware is such a sick new villain. Not sure who I like more. Him or Khyber, but both rock. I need to see more of both of them.
