you are corect they are ten episode blocks on release some people may be confusing it with the three production blocks ep 1-40 was one block under the code 1010 ep 41-60 was 1016 and the last 20 were 1023 acording to behind scene info we have but the seasons officisly are 8 seassons of ten episodes so your right

I’m really glad you’re loving Omniverse as much as I do. It’s peak Ben 10. I love the stories and the art style. Ngl some of the designs had to grow on me first but overall the best.

You can easily see the background is a whole lot more lively than the other series. And you can notice a pattern with Omniverse and the flying aliens. For some reason every time he uses a different flyer, he just uses that one until he switches to a different one. So correct me if I’m wrong, but I believe that this was one of, if not the last appearance of Stinkfly ever from the entire show. That is also something to think about, since there are so many aliens and he’s clearly unlocking more, more and more aliens are gonna start running out of appearances for good. Like Jetray, Fasttrack, and Camalien aren’t in Omniverse so their last appearances were in Ultimate Alien.

Not even halfway, the first four seasons were produced as one season, so you’re still only a quarter of the way through the first major arc of Khyber, Malware’s and Dr. Pyschobos’s antics (along with multiple others). Dr. Psychobos is indeed the same species as Brainstorm, a Cerebrocrustacean. Brainstorm will have a similar sort of build. Phil was a very deep cut, having not been brought up since he was put in the Null Void in 2x1 of OS, but man was it neat seeing him again, a test subject for the Nemetrix. Speaking of the Nemetrix, Ben’s Omnitrix doesn’t contain those predator species. The Omnitrix only contains the DNA of sentient, sapient species with culture, communication, etc. Wildmutt (Vulpimancer) is the most feral DNA you’re gonna get in the Omnitrix, as that species just barely the sapient cut-off, with many of the one’s we’ve seen in the Null Void (including the one chasing Phil in this episode) being quick to drop higher function under the right circumstances. It’s why Khyber said Phil couldn’t handle the Nemetrix but the dog could, you’re trying to apply the brain of a sapient species to the brain of an animal. Also I agree, Khyber does heavily remind me of Lockdown. In fact, you can even see Lockdown’s hook on his ship in this very episode. In a prior one, you can also see what looks to be the skull of Ultimate Humungosaur, so that’s kinda sad.

Since you've made it this far, it seems appropriate to tell you this now. Each Season / Arc has a title that relates to its respective main plotline. Arc 1: A New Beginning (A bit obvious, but it works.) Arc 2: Malware's Revenge (Given what you've already seen, this doesn't feel like a spoiler.) Arc 3: TBA (The title gives too much away, and I want you to be surprised.) Arc 4: Duel of the Duplicates (This one feels vague enough not to be a spoiler.) Arc 5: Galactic Monsters (Same as the one above.) Arc 6: The Evil Rooters (This one's my favorite.) ;) Arc 7: The Mad Nightmare (Also super vague.) Arc 8: TBA (I won't dare spoil ending for you.)

Yes, This is the end of Arc/Season 1. And yes, each 10 episode Season is an arc. I'm honestly surprised it took this long for CN to think of that.

Also another cool detail about Malware is that he's voiced by the same voice actor that voiced Megatron in Transformers Animated; Corey Burton. It's crazy how much followed from Animated into this series, an identical art style, a similar bounty hunter type character (Khyber, Lockdown), and voice actors returning to voice new villains, etc.

Malware doesn’t want the Nemetrix. The Nemetrix is currently just Omnitrix hardware running animal software. Malware needs the DNA samples from Ben so that he can just create his own Omnitrix tech to assimilate.

I can only guess Galatic Monsters is going to have Frankenstrike again aka King Victor. If so, that's hype and something to look forward to. Maybe even... Ghost Freak?!

You know honestly the Omnitrix trolling Ben could be a good thing all things considered. It has him adapt and modify his plan of action given the circumstances even while the stake are high to always save the day in the end. The Omnitrix trolling Ben is basically its own of teaching/training him and while also giving him karma for is Massive Ego he has so he can learn from his own mistakes. Basically think of the Omnitrix as Mr Miyagi and Ben as Daniel. Also Considering what Ben 10th is like he’s eventually learned how to fully master it with these little mishaps so honestly throughout the series I think this is a good thing for Ben.

I should probably mention people don’t actually eat Solid Plugs Species (at least I hope not given all those spikes). The episode you saw with the Plumbers wrestling with him is was actually them trying to detain him so he can be put in a cell. They just so happen to chase him into the kitchen when Max was cooking and where Max proceeds to threw the squid on his face to blind him so that he can be detained again. His species typically are troublemakers by nature so no surprise you’ll see them doing illegal crimes that leads to them being captured by Plumbers.

So I looked it up and apparently some of the animators from Transformers Animated did work on Omniverse so they sprinkled little references in some episodes in the background just for fun. Also it’s funny that sword caught your eye because it’s the exact same sword Grimlock used in the show. Officially, the 2 universes aren’t connected or anything like that. I also think David Kaye auditioned for Lockdown but didn’t get the part he got Optimus Prime instead and Lance Henriksen got the part of Lockdown. David Kaye voices Khyber in Omniverse also.
