Book 2 has been amazing and I can't wait to see Zuko's journey on his own. I really hope he sees the truth about his father and the Fire Nation. Toph is an absolute vibe and I think she might become my favorite among the main group!

She’s not manipulative like azula but she’s just as badass. Also fun fact, the girl that voices toph was actually 12 years old during recording. She can’t currently get the toph voice the exact same way because she used her regular voice at the time

'Avatar Day' is widely considered to be the one of the worst episodes of the series. It's consistently in people's Bottom 3. Yeah... Toph is everyone's favorite. I've literally never seen a single reactor who didn't like her.

The crazy thing about Chin is that he wasnt actually tiny. Kyoshi was just 7ft tall. Pretty sure she was the tallest and most aggressive Avatar that we know of.

I dont know if anyone has mentioned it yet, but nobody can actually see the air that Aang airbends. That blue shade it turns is only for us to see what Aang is doing. Everybody else will simply feel the air moving at most.

Yeah, I can definitely see why. It was enjoyable enough, though Aang honestly could’ve just said, ‘Screw it,’ and bailed. 😂 Not surprised about Toph. She's a little badass and just overall fun so far. Can't wait to see more.

You know, a lot of Avatar fans get offended when you use the words 'filler episode', because a lot of stuff that seems insignificant at the time ends up coming back later. But honestly, Avatar Day just seems like filler. Like you said, there was no real reason for the team to hang around that village. No one was in danger until the very end, and they wouldn't have been in danger at all if Aang had just left earlier. I mean, he's the Avatar, he could've escape at any time. On a more positive note, here's a true story. There's this channel on YouTube called Letts React and they reacted to Avatar and Legend of Korra a few years back and they adored Toph. So, when they met her VA at a convention, they asked her to record a short promo for their channel as Toph, and she did it. Now, before every one of their videos, you can hear Toph promoting their Patreon.
