The journey through Ben 10: Omniverse has officially reached its end! What a ride this series has been, full of wild aliens, crazy battles, and some unforgettable character arcs. Thank you so much for coming along with me through the entire Ben 10 saga up to this point. Your support, energy, and love for the series have made this journey even more special.

But don’t worry, Ben 10 isn’t done just yet. Once we wrap up Danny Phantom, we’ll be diving into 5 Years Later (5YL) to keep the adventure going!

The final part with the big bang and all the aliens is supposed to represent all the aliens coming together to save the universe which is what Azmuth wanted, Unity with the aliens

If the series would have continued we would have the return of the negative 10. But this version would have been evil aliens of aliens ben have. For example : (Albedo=grey matter) (Liam=Kickinhawk)(simian=spidermonkey) (suemungousaur= humungousaur) (Yetta=Shocksquatch) (Dr spychobos=brainstorm) (Lord Transyl=Whampire) (Adwaita=Terraspin) (Malware=Upgrade)

A lot of people wanted to call out ben as a hypocrite because he grounded Kenny for using the omnitrix recklessly and unsafe hero work, while ben used his omnitrix recklessly but he got off free. Even though he got grounded by his parents for unsafe hero work he got off the hook the same day. But i wouldn’t say thats the case here. Yes ben also used his omnitrix recklessly but he didn’t get off without any consequences either because max always kept him in check. Also when ben was grounded by his parents for hero time they did it to protect him and they didn’t know what to do about the situation of their child having alien super power. Kenny on the other hand has a mentor and guidance in his parents, grandpa and bens friends, and he has a set of rules to follow to have the privilege of the omnitrix, while ben didnt have parental guidance like that.(I know it doesn’t sound fair but tbh you need a set of rules and responsibilities to use the omnitrix) Also if anything it shows ben now has learned from his past and tried to teach Kenny to be better than he was. (According to the writers after Ken saved ben and the others from the Maltruant attack he got sent back to being grounded which admittedly is a little unfair but i think it shows that even though you did good you still have to make up for the bad you did before, and a part of me thinks kenny accepted the continuous grounding to take accountability : kinda like Fistina)

And yes the Writer confirmed that the omnitrix has a mind of its own, so if there would be scenarios where ben would die, the omnitrix would go though ever possible alien he has and even the ones he have not unlocked yet and choose the best fitting for the situation

This show had some genuinely insane moments idk how Ben 10 writers made shit like this including alien force and ultimate alien it more than deserves a more adult reboot

the twist I kept talking about is that every wrong transformation was because the watch knew what he needed even if he thought he needed someone else. If you look back on all the wrong transformations from the very first one in Ben 10 classic to now, I believe 90% of the time he made it work

and thus the end of an era, it was a fun being with this ride on you OV is a mixed bag and not everyone’s favorite, but honestly it has some of my best moments in the franchise making it not just my favorite show in the Ben 10 continuum but of all time

All the hate for this version was just the animation it fueled a rage for everyone and Technically the universe being created at the end gets destroyed and Ben makes his recreation

I loved seeing characters in the future like Kevin and Gwen having their OS future designs, and all the little cameos from so many different characters. The cherry tree myth is in fact regarding Washington. You’re thinking of the myth of “Honest Abe” never being able to tell a lie. I love how this one episode gave so much backstory for the Earth Plumbers and their beginnings as a small secret society way back in the day. Washington’s uniform is even a very early Plumber uniform with the chest spot. Vilgax was always rather skinny until Xylene blew up the bridge of his ship in OS episode 1, which nearly killed him. That’s when he cybernetically healed himself and made himself super huge. You can see examples of his original form in said episode, as well as 2x1 when Max and Phil fought him for the first time in Earth. We know of the Contumelia because they’re the ones who created the Annihilargh. In the season 1 episode where it’s introduced, it’s discovered because a dead and abandoned Contumelia ship happened to shift through time and space right next to Earth. Here we see them in action. I do think Ben seeing them as Mr Smoothies was a pretty bad joke when it was supposed to be something extremely important to him, like how Rook saw them as his father. I firmly believe that he should’ve saw them all as Grandpa Max. Seeing Ben cycle through all of his all his aliens in order of their introduction in the finale was very heartwarming to me, it’s like saying goodbye to all these friends a lot of us grew up with over the years (except Jetray and Fasttrack, we couldn’t make a design for them just this once 🥲). The whole community wishes we’d gotten the galactic roadtrip with Ben, Rook, Gwen, and Kevin, but alas 😭.

It has been an absolute delight going with you on this journey through Omniverse. A lot of the other comments already said stuff I was going to say, but I'll still add a few things. While I would've preferred you go straight into 5YL, I respect your decision to watch Danny Phantom first. I think you'll enjoy it, plus it's only 53 episodes, including 4 two-parters, so that's 49 videos at most. Little bit of trivia. I don't know if this was intentional, but President Argit, with his physique and hairstyle, resembles a recurring character from Teen Titans who shares the same VA.

What a finale! Seems even more special than the first time I saw it. I saw Omniverse on a whim, wondering why there was so much hate around it but it was actually fun. Not every episode hit the mark but it’s a truly great series that was well worth the time. Plus now you know the omnitrix’s greatest secret, its sentience. It was never trying to mess with Ben, it just knew better at times and wanted to protect Ben. Of all the episodes for omniverse, I really enjoy the big battle of Bens. Each good Ben sacrificed himself there and our Ben taught no watch Ben the importance of heroism. I also loved the Malware Arc, seeing Ben lose in such a painful way that Malware scared him even years later was so good plus Ben overcoming this to unlock Feedback again. Thanks for your positive vibes throughout these reactions man, can’t wait to see what comes next!
