Imagine if Van Kleiss actually managed to make that alliance. That would’ve been wild to see. I’m really curious what he’s going to try next.

Drop your thoughts below and enjoy the ride!

I don't think Van Kleiss can just mutate his own army, or at least not as quickly as he would like. We know Rex can't cure too many EVOs in a row with hurting himself, I imagine it's the same with him. So, the alliance with No-Face was less of a shortcut and more like his only chance to amass an army really fast. Basically, I'm saying this was a huge setback. Also, I Googled it and I'm reasonably sure that head they were sitting on was "Mother Ukraine", which is kinda like the Statue of Liberty.

Wouldn't that still be considered a shortcut though? Amassing the army quickly rather than building it other time via mutating evo? Didn't think about him having a limit, though. I wonder if the story will dive more into it. So, if definitely had symbolic meaning. I had a feeling. This show is great.
