Loved the hero game episode It introduced so many new recruits

Some background info on the new characters. Hot Spot aka Isaiah Crockett is an alien-human hybrid who was largely raised by his stepfather, who was a judge. Apparently, his stepfather instilled in him a strong sense of right and wrong, because as soon as he got his powers, his first instinct was to save lives. Originally his superhero name was Slagger, but when DC learned Slag was a British slang for Fuck, they changed it to Joto, the Swahili word for heat. That's the name Warner Bros originally wanted to use in this episode, however the writers learned that in Spanish the word Joto is a derogatory term for Homosexuals, so they changed it to Hot Spot for the cartoon. Evidentially, Warner Bros informed DC of this news, because not long after this episode aired, the comic version also changed his name to Hot Spot. In the comics, Wildebeest was a genetically engineered living weapon created by an evil cult called the Wildebeest Society. Because he has the mental capacity of a toddler, the Titans rescued him from the cult and the superhero Pantha later adopted him as her son Also, the Master of Games is voiced by Jim Cummings, who has been in way too many things to mention. The man is a pro.

I'm pretty sure Cyborg is second; it was shown before.

Raven is an empath who also has telepathic powers and sometimes visions, among other things. Her distrust of Terra is because of the suspicious sudden control of her powers, given that by her experience the stronger one's power, the harder it is to keep them in check. But also what she most likely sensed while Terra walks past her. Raven saw or felt something about the meeting she had with Slade in the earlier episode, only she doesn't understand what it is. She knows something is up but couldn't piece what it is. Even so, she accepts her as part of the team because of her help saving the tower.

Justice League Unlimited

I think it depends on the episode because I never got second in command vibe at all from any of them.

Anriku

Ah, that makes sense. He's been in so much stuff I've watched over the years, it just felt instantly recognizable.

Anriku

Same. Look forward to seeing them again.

Anriku

Yep, that’s what I figured. Appreciate the breakdown though! I look forward to finding out more about Slade and Terra's contact.
