Such a fun and interesting two part finale. I can’t wait for Season 2, but first we need to check out a bunch of shorts, so keep an eye out for that next.

Drop your thoughts and enjoy the ride!

I know you may already have a place to check out the shorts, but I do know a video that has (I think) all of them. There is also something I want to tell you about the shorts, but it won't give away too much information (it's like a not very detail run down about the shorts) I could tell you if you want.

JD Dumas

You're lucky, we had to wait a year and a half after this.

- (Episode 19 Trivia) The spell Gideon uses to summon Bill is "Triangulum, entangulum. Veneforis dominus ventium. Veneforis venetisarium." Roughly translated from Latin, it means "Triangle — I invoke you. I come to the defensive barrier of the mind. I will see the barrier destroyed." - (Episode 19 Trivia) When Gideon falls to his knees and his eyes glow blue he shouts something unintelligible. When played backwards he is saying, "Backwards message! Backwards message! Backwards message! Backwards message! Backwards message!" (it will not be the last time codes/hints/messages will be reversed and hidden in this backwards fashion!) - (Episode 19 Trivia) On Bill's page in Journal 3 the words "ATBASH," "CAESAR," and "A1Z26" are crossed off. These are the names of the ciphers used throughout the show. - (Episode 19 Trivia) Originally, the plot was that Bill would enter all the characters' minds, but it was cut short to only include Stan's. - (Episode 19 Trivia) Mabel's sweater, a sunset, is meant to represent the series' turn from a lighter series to a darker series

- (Episode 20 Trivia) This is the first episode to actually show real blood (in this case Dipper's nosebleed). Fake or suspected blood has previously been shown twice: first on "Norman" in "Tourist Trapped" (though it is actually jam) and several times in "Summerween." - (Episode 20 Trivia) When Stan goes to the diner, he asks for "the most expired apple cider [they]'ve got." As apple juice expires, its alcohol level rises, so Stan is implying that he wants a glass of alcohol to drown his worries.

To answer a question, back in Episode 1, Dipper found Journal 3 in a metal, hollow tree. Inside, there was an electronic device that looked very old with one of its two wires severed. After Dipper fiddled with some switches, a trapdoor opened up in the ground, and inside was "a mysterious journal with facts and notes about Gravity Falls' creatures that hint to an even greater cover-up hidden within the town's wondrous past and present" all of this occurred a decent ways in the woods around the Shack. Figured I'd clarify/remind you, as you were a bit confused (rightly so, it's been a hot minute since Episode 1's reaction), and this is a fairly important piece of information for the story

AlduicS

Also, Gideon is only 10 years old, ~2 years younger than Mabel and Dipper, so I don't think he's quite the "grown man" you kept saying he was XD

Anriku

Oops. Thought he was older. They made it seem that way.

AlduicS

Hey, it happens, he's definitely more psychotic than an average 10 year old lmao

Anriku

Appreciate the info. I vaguely remember this.

Anriku

That must have been ROUGH!

Anriku

Appreciate it but I got it bro. 🙏

AlduicS

Happy to help!

JD Dumas

The shorts helped... a little.
