Fantastic movie, and that Extra Final Form was pretty cool. Too bad we probably will not be seeing it again.

Onward to the final four episodes of Build. Things are about to get real.

They didn't say, but the evil rider in the movie is Kamen Rider Blood. The thing I wanted you to see was Kamen Rider Zi-O's movie cameo (like the Gotchard one you saw). if you want, I could try to find all the movie cameos for the Sentai and Riders you have seen up to this point (if they have one). But I am guessing you are going to say no to that. I am also looking forward to the Gavv movie whenever you are going to watch it.

Heisei Generations is canon (why Sento recognized Ex-Aid). That happened late Ex-Aid where Build jacks Ex-Aid's powers to save his world.

I would say, the best Kamen Rider movie is probably the Fourze movie. What makes the Fourze one stand out "Space here we come" is how it's a great standalone Toku movie in general where a ton of budget was spent and it doesn't require that you see the series.

What's interesting is that most things that involve Zi-O aren't considered canon because Zi-O tried to explain Kamen Rider is pocket dimensions represented by years (which is why Decade did it better despite the limited budget, with "alternative realities"). I find a lot of Kamen Rider canon easier to explain if you take Zi-O out of it because Zi-O was a bit of a messy season (even though I liked the season as a whole)

Forever is a great movie though, especially since they had a great budget and even brought back the actor who became one of the biggest actors in Japan, but also was the actor who's season made Kamen Rider the most popular Tokusatsu in Japan. I think his season also dominated in toy sales too
