Great start to Shinkenger! While watching these first two episodes, I actually remembered the zord and realized one of the villains showed up in Gozyuger. Now I’m really excited to see how that character pops up here in his original series.

I am a little upset it's not Lupin VS Pat, but this season can be next in my saw whole sentai series collection (or group). I also saw Samurai and I am noticing a few similarities and a lot of differences (and the differences have nothing to do with different people playing parts)

Idk what I was thinking. I think Power Rangers was influencing my thoughts. Its nice that we get adult characters even if some aren't adults irl. Lol

Speaking of One Piece, the octopus monster guy is voiced by Brook's VA (the skeleton in the crew)

Fun fact, in the official poll not that long ago held by NHK, (Japan's national public broadcaster, basically the equivalent of BBC over there) Takeru won the number 1 place as the best/most popular Ranger in the entire poll. Needless to say, Takeru is indeed one of the most popular character in the entire franchise. And some of the characters from the show that you’ve seen showed up in the top 10 as well, including Jeramie being #4 and Daigo being #6.

One thing I like about Shinkenger's op is the leitmotif sounds like a tribute to "go go power rangers"

I know but my mind still can't get around the continue Gozyuger in the first poll. The fact you now are wanting to wait weeks, months or even years to see how Gozyuger ends and the season ends (we also have 2 episodes left at this point in case you don't know, and a lot of interesting things happened in-between the last episode you saw and the one that just happened)
