that was not Ratchets VA, Zoom is voiced here by non other than John Wesley Shipp The OG Barry Allen from Live action The Flash series from 1990s, and who played Henrry Allen Barry's Dad, Jay Garric and Flash from Earth 90 (get the reference) in CW Flash.

Kobra and the Kobra cult were actually villains in Batman Beyond, which is how I first learned about him. Flash villains seen in the beginning: Gorilla Grodd, Captain Boomerang, Mirror Master, Weather Wizard, Captain Cold, Heatwave. As said by Dinamo89, Zoom is voiced by John Wesley Shipp, the 90s live action Flash, which is pretty cool. The Speed Force wasn’t a thing until ‘The Flash Vol 2 #91’ (1994), which was during DC’s Dark Age (sometimes called the Iron Age), during Wally’s tenure as the Flash proper. It should also be noted that Jay Garrick did not derive his power from the Speed Force, but from a lab accident. I always get Reverse Flash (Eobard Thawne) and Zoom (Hunter Zolomon) mixed up, and that’s not really my fault for once. PROFESSOR Zoom IS Reverse Flash, the one here, while Zoom is Hunter Zolomon. In the comics (and here, for that matter) they have a near identical costume, save for Zoom’s blackened eyes, and basically serve the same purpose. Thawne hates Barry, Zolomon hates Wally, that’s about it.

Actually, the Kobra Cult was one of the last creations of the comic book legend Jack Kirby before he left DC for Marvel. Also Fun Fact: Zolomon doesn't actually have super speed. He has the ability to manipulate the passage of time which gives him the appearance of super speed. At least that's how it is in the comics.

You already know about Geo-Force, but here's a brief history of Halo. Originally she was a sociopath named Violet Harper, but when she was murdered by a henchman of the crime lord Tobias Whale, an alien energy being called an Aurakle possessed her body and created a brand new life form. This new being chose to call herself Gabrielle Doe and eventually became the hero Halo. Basically she controls light.

I’m aware, I’m just saying I learned about Kobra via Batman Beyond. Also, technically, he left Marvel for DC, then went back to Marvel after DC mistreated him, then came back to DC when they extended an olive branch. You can tell that the writers for DC in the 90s really had a ton of respect for Kirby by the fact that all his New Gods and fourth world characters were pretty much 1:1 in STAS. And yeah, I always really liked that little niche aspect about Zolomon/Zoom’s powers. The only issue is that certain others have also attributed that to Thawne/Reverse Flash/Professor Zoom as well, so it’s once again super confusing.

I didn't know that. I thought he had the negative speed force. Actually, now that I continued reading the comments, I'm thinking of Reverse Flash.
