Probably my least favorite episode of the series, but it still had its fun moments! Plus, we got a brand-new ride that might just help us reach the center of the galaxy.

Lightning

I think the train basically serves as a cosmic tour bus for the data people. They can experience it by looking out the window so to speak, but the episode really doesn't eplain it well.

This episode is particularly disappointing for me because I think the concept of human beings becoming data people to achieve immortality and save their species is a really interesting, but the episode didn't really have much to say about it. While watching your reaction I thought that this episode would've been better having Setsuna to explore the differences between all the human-like characters this show has: AGI (AI) Setsuna (Android), Reiji (Human) and this species of data people. We do get a little bit of it with AGI at the end, but it's not enough for me. As for the show as a whole the pacing is absolutely awful. Episode 14 really frustrated me with it's ending because I got so excited that we'd finally get to see Setsuna and Kiki meet and then the next episode completely abandoned that to do a random Patrun episode which was a fine episode but terrible timing. I just hope the show gets back on track soon because I found these last two episodes to be really weak.

Agreed. The pacing is the weakest part of the show and that's a shame considering the limited episode count.
