Quick Update / Dealing with a Busted Back! (Patreon)

Hey everyone,

​Just wanted to pop in and give you all a quick heads-up on why things have been a little quiet the last few days.

​Long story short: I’m currently out of commission. The other day, right after coming off an intense workout, I decided it was a great idea to try and yank some old rebar out of the ground in my yard. My body immediately protested, and I ended up tweaking both my neck and my middle back. Moving around right now is pretty rough, so I’ve been taking the last couple of days to nurse the pain and recover.

​On the bright side, since I can't do much heavy lifting, I’ve been using the downtime to rearrange the office! I'm making some adjustments to the setup and changing up the camera angle. The goal is to open things up so you can see the whole background behind me, but I’m tweaking it carefully so I can keep the exact same viewing angle you're used to. That way, it'll still look like I’m right there watching the show on screen with you.

​What this means for schedule:

​I’m going to try my absolute best to be back at it tomorrow (Tuesday).

​If the back is still fighting me, I will definitely be back by Wednesday at the latest.
