I decided to react to ALL 13 Black Clover Openings and 'loosely' rank them at the end. After enjoying these openings I just might begin Black Clover. I'd like to hear your thoughts. Thanks!

Black clover is fun its not that ground breaking but it's got that long running solid shonen vibe of the 2000s and early 2010s that you dont see as much anymore in newer anime . Id certainly be down to see you cover it,2 is probably my favorite opening.

That's the vibe I was getting from it. Iirc, it was one of the first new shonen after the big 3 sort of ended.

its a good show ,a lot of hype moments,u have to get used to a lot of shouting from MC tho haha anyway OP visuals are on point

That's what I been hearing. I heard he eventually tones down the screaming though. Hope that's true. XD The visual are so gooood! :)

the enblems u are seeing are like a system in bleach,a hint for you

Not gonna lie I dropped this in ep 1 because of Asta's over the top voice acting. Everyone has said that it gets better in that regard though, and the few fight clips I've seen are really well animated. Might give it a second shot.

Yeah its newer,it started airing in 2017 iirc. Its one of the few long running non season segmented anime ive seen come out in recent years, the one to 2 arc per segmented model really has been embraced in modern anime which has its pros and cons.

Charlie baker

Honestly even with me watching the dub I dont recall astas yelling bothering me at all and yeah it tones down in relatively few eps

thats nice, always great when that happens, DebeGeek(used to be a reaction channel, now gaming) didn't think he was annoying either

Charlie baker

Yeah its nice when you dont end up being bothered by something people commonly take issue with in animes

Peacefinder Simply

The series is on hiatus, it will be coming back, likely at least a couple years though. Its because anime caught up to manga, and author doesn't want filler for the series(not 100% sure about last part).

I love how opening 3 was your favorite for so long, and at the end you say its 11th lol, i think that may of been a mix up with opening 4.

The thing to keep in mind is that this was the FIRST major role for Asta's voice actor, Kajiwara Gakuto. So he came on a little strong in the early episodes. But he's gone on to voice other main characters in Fire Force and Komi Can't Communicate, and won awards. It does not take very long for the yelling to get toned down, trust me.

I didn't mean to imply it ended for good. It was more that it ended for now.
