Motoyasu calls her Slut because it was part of her punishment, her official name was changed to Bitch and her adventurer name was changed to Slut. It is in fact a royal decree that anyone who doesn't adhere to it will be punished. Being a Slave to a hero has two ways to increase your strength, on the one hand it basically gives you buffs just for your status as a Slave to a Hero and on the other hand it speeds up your growth. The growth you went through will stay even if you stop being a slave but the buffs will disappear. If you want a little refresher and explanation of the end of Season 1 I can recommend watching "What You Need To Know For SHIELD HERO Season 2" from AniNews. Don't worry it's free of any spoilers. They also have some good video's explaining some of the changes/cut content (like Naofumi and Rapthalia's sudden refusal to kill those that harm them, even though they usually don't have any problem with it) in season 1 in case you are interested.
