It's time to start a new anime and what better than what some are explaining as "John Wick but Waifus". LMAO! Who is excited for LycoReco reactions?

thats too bad. it was the most popular series of 2022 in japan with chisato and takina widely considered the 2 favorite leads of the year as well.

Allen/Alan is not the guy's name but the institue, and the Walnut's symbol is a squirrel, so these symbols and the café's paperwork are not related.

Did we get his name this episode? Or, just that someone from the Alan Institute is helping people out? I guess the symbols just looked a little similar at a glance which is why I confused it. Thanks.

We don't know his name yet. To sum things up: we have DA for Lycoris, Alan Institute which is still a mystery and the guy at the end seems to know Mika, now the owner of the café, a division of DA.

Just because it was popular doesn’t automatically mean it’s for everyone. If they didn’t enjoy it, means they didn’t miss out.

very excited for this! One of my favorites

I have tried to watch this show a couple of times and my interest always fizzles out around episode 3 or 4. Really just doesn't hold my attention for some reason. I agree it's good, but I guess it's just not for me.

First episode was intriguing. 2nd episode, which I watched today, was even better, imo. ;)

That's totally fair. Everything can't be for everyone. Otherwise, the world would be pretty boring.

Yessir! It being an anime original makes it that more exciting for me since there's no source material. I only have to worry about those who already watched potentially spoiling something.
