Hello hello my dear curious penguins, I hope you are doing well and taking care. As you may know, my internship finally ended two days ago (finally!!) and hopefully i will have more time and energy for all the important things now and more time for myself again! <3

AND i now had time to finally record the may ramble - and - i am talking about my internship and all the things that happened...! So tune in and enjoy!

Ahh even without any triggers, this sounds so lovely, as always and a great gem on its own, but whats most important is your health..take great care of yourself daliah. Its most important, and if no one thinks so then its most important to me!..and i mean that. But sooo much congrats you got though that hard internship. We were rooting for you! And you deserve so much celebration right now and i hope in the whole world you get it. gurllll 😭 this workplace drama is so wild xD working professional + rambler = professional yapper 💀 i think you hit the nail on the head - the secretary is a crucial part of the company to function and outsourcing it to the unpaid labor of interns is pretty dubious! with how important the role is, it definitely should have either been paid interns or a dedicated role. tbh the weird department supervisor reminds me of like a toxic step-mother or mother-in-law 🧍‍♂️ like the way she would be like "um i don't like how this fridge is dirty. YOU TWO, go clean it now" like it's passive aggressive 😭 i think the next workplace i aim for, i'd definitely want "feedback" within the company culture so i could advocate for myself to do work that is relevant, or give feedback to supervisors on ways on best ways to support me also on one hand i was like "i can totally see daliah doing a secretary/intern roleplay video to vent out the frustrations" and the same time i'm like "daliah is probably so done/tired of it" 😆

wha oops - sent off before finishing toxic? perhaps! i am definetly not cleaning some fridge 😪 too cute for that (joking) ohh i agree with you 100%!! that feedback possibility was immensly missing for me! i wish i would have had it too...! ha ha ha...no secretary roleplays from me for now. i think it would just be me ranting over the boss and being all bossy and giving the new intern some orders (which - i didnt do in real life, i was patient when traning them, one of the interns i trained asked me for how long ive been an employee at the company. he said he found my training so good and professional 😭🩷)
