Back in Spring, I took a few days off of working on my mermaid game to develop something for my friend Andrew of Indiepocalypse, for the 77th edition of his game anthology. That game was...

Teenage Cupid!

In addition to the game, I created a one-page ad for the Indiepocalypse zine that comes with every purchase...

And a postmortem.

We agreed that he would have one-month exclusivity before I released the game to the public, so now I can officially share that game with you all!

Basically, its a simple arcade-style game where you shoot boys (benevolently). I came up with this backstory for a protagonist who just wanted a summer job but got in way over her head because now she's technically an assassin, and she gets requests to make boys fall in love, but obviously she makes lots of mistakes and often gets into trouble but hey its minimum wage so at the end of the day is it really that serious?

I kinda think I could read a book or watch an entire show about that premise, I love Qwertie and her world so much. Anyway, at long last, here's the link to play the game for free!
