it's a bit uneventful but well, i guess that's normal in life right? I'll write down what i wanna tell you next time >.< Still, I hope you enjoy this little message!

You know, my PPI medication is about to run out...I've been taking this for a few months now for supposed acid reflux, back when I was having big throat issues. Although I still haven't been officially diagnosed with something. Truthfully, I don't know what it was...

I tried asking my mom a bit ago to book an appointment with my new doctor to get the prescription renewed but she couldn't do it online, like it just wasn't working, sooo we just left it...

Do you think I should get it renewed? I'm wondering if I could just not renew it, let it run out and see what happens...see if i really need it basically. Because maybe I really don't, I haven't been doing any of my other acid reflux relievers tbh and I've been okay...maybe the whole cause and incident was something else. I don't think it's good to be taking medications that you don't actually need after all. But, if it turns out I do need it, it might be painful while waiting to get more...maybe I'll get more just in case? Bleh, but it sucks going to these doctor offices...

I think you should get it renewed BUT wait a bit before actually taking it again, maybe you don't need it But if you do, you'll already have (gonna listen the audio later D: )

Hi Commander! Happy Wednesday! Always thinking of you. 💙💙 I constantly deal with heartburn/acid reflux and as long as I take one omeprazole a day I'm usually fine. Sounds like your situation is more serious though. I would make sure you have your medicine handy.

if you still have some now, I would say go a few days without the PPI and see where it goes. that way you dont have to wait on a new prescription to see if you need it, and if you find out you dont need to get a refill, it will save you a trip. looking forward to da ASMR, also I was looking at the thumbnail and I saw a little bit of cleavage, FLAT IMOUTO CLEAVAGE IS SO HOT UOOOOOGH The rest of the week after tomorrow I'll be in Detroit with a couple friends (Scooter is one of them, yes I've known him for a long time actually...) so I may not be too active... but dont worry! Recently gamers have been WAY too fkn spoiled. like seriously. spoiled brats, most of em. they all jump immediately onto the hate bandwagon and hearsay instead of experiencing stuff themselves. its honestly annoying as hell, and gets in the way of actual criticism. maybe same pengoons would like to buy your old cosplays... for.... reasons 0//0 oh btw, super excited for the donothon rewards!!! Its never a good idea to fully cut medication like that. Maybe half the pills to come down slowly, but setting up the appointment would be ideal. Just don't want you to have to go through that pain again. Good job on taking care of your chores.. they may not seem like the kind of thing you need praise for, but it's deserved and never hurts to remind you its appreciated that you are up and active. Good luck on cooking this evening and will be looking forward to hearing how it goes. People like to pick up and run with negative aspects of everything now, especially if they don't understand what they're complaining about. You enjoying what you do isn't theirs to take away. You can always get some over the counter PPI medication. It's not as strong but doesn't make you have to completely stop using it. I would def recommend getting an appointment tho. Using PPIs for too long is also bad. Hope you have a good rest of the week btw 💙

Be might be a good idea too book just in case, it wouldn't hurt. Get what you mean with like having too much stuff, gotta be tough when you only have your room for storage... Also think some Pengoons would pay top dollar for worn cosplays... Haven't really been paying attention too any Stella sora drama, kinda glad the only source of info I get of it is like you and your discord LOL Also very jealous I won't be eating your cooking.. I have issues with acid reflux as well, so I get the annoyance there - for me it can trigger due to certain foods, from stress, or just randomly otherwise. I got a prescription for famotidine and that’s definitely helped me, one nighttime pill and have had much less consistent heartburn or reflux since I started it. Could look into that if you do talk to your doctors again!

You should absolutely go back and get another stock of meds before trying to see if you can go without it. I don't want to see you in pain if you ended up needing it after all! I remember it taking you too long to get appointments last time, it's not worth that kind of risk. I've heard a bit of the rumbling over Stella Sora, mostly centered around how expensive the gacha is. I've been missing you lots but I hope that you have been having a good week so far too! The nurse asmr is going to be so peak, I can't wait to see how beautiful you look in it. As for the meds, I'm not too sure. Maybe just get the appointment and it renewed incase the acid refulx is still ongoing? Maybe you don't continue to take it, but at least have it on hand and wouldn't need to make an appointment while you're in pain. Glad you've been having fun with stella sora!!! I've actually been cutting back on gachas recently to play ff14 and i've been happier lol. I'm slowly breaking out of the gacha hell!! Although I have a few that i've played for like, 4 years like uma and blue archive, and 8 years with Fate/Grand Order that I will never drop till they enter end of service lol. Can't wait to have more fun with you this week!

yay im glad ur sleeping better! and that the vibes seem p good lately ^_^ a peaceful happiness is the best 💙 excited for the nurse cosplay stream and for the future holiday plans u have! 💙 as well as the donothon rewards! good job sending those out and getting lots of things done ^_^ proud of u 💙 the stella sora controversies at least dont seem as bleak as the infinity nikki retcon or snowbreak editor sabotage so im not too concerned with its future, especially when the gameplay is strong so far *nods* im probably still gonna play uma but using the optional gacha approach ive been using now. ive got 5 gachas atm but only 2 mains, stella sora might become the 3rd O_O i feel the same with hoarding, but thank god i have a house now so needing to throw out stuff again will be a future me problem lmaoo if u have enough meds left, i would just stop taking it now to see what happens. otherwise id get the refill now and then try stopping. the main thing is having enough around so u can cover the time it takes to get the refill, or if u dont have enough, getting the refill to cover if u actually do need it. ^_^ always nice to hear ur voice zen 💙 i hope u continue to have happy days ahead 💙 thinking bout uuuu

Thank you for the sweet mesaage Zenya 🩵 Having a hard time falling asleep atm, ojisan got too much visual stimulation from the stream heh. You don't have to always give 100% though out monologues, it's very human to have wandering thoughs, still very cute nonetheless. Honestly don't even care to get into stella sora controversies, I simply play the game, idk, it feels quite generous, I got 5 5* trekkers, 6-7 5* discs and 19k gems still. (I still whined in the survey a bit to make them give more free stuff though) I agree that taking meds you don't need isn't very good for your body, especially the ppi's which lower your acidity, and it would be great if you don't actually have reflux, Commander ain't no spitter. Worst case you can take some of your le gaviscon, or at least here omeprazole doen't need any prescription, you can buy it at any pharmacy. Also possible that you can't have milk products bc of ppi's too, though I am not certain about that. Hope you have a great sleep today, I will try to get some too 🩵

Morning Zen hope you’re doing fine today, for your medication in my opinion I think that you should make the appointment to get it renewed just in case but try to stop taking it and see if it In fact does or doesn’t help you. Think of it as a “better to have and not need than need and not have” scenario. I think its okay to not have to renew your medicine at least for now, you've changed the milk you drink and you havent had problems but be careful nonetheless. Nurse cosplay was really good, a lot of eye candy😍 Hope your VR headset gets here soon! Wasnt part of your donathon but I think imouto is doing a great job, real proud of you💙Clean your room tho!!! I like my stinky imouto but its better to be organized. Still playing stella sora tho I havent pulled on limited banners except rerolling for chitose, I dont really feel like pulling for the big booba character.
