Problems with Treehouse BG approval (Patreon)

Few patrons messaged me that their Treehouse BG was rejected by Episode. It's really weird because mine was approved. Some patrons said that after uploading BG and  Treehouse overlay separately it was approved, some said for them it was rejected again. Episode support said that this BG has a copyright problems, but that's imposssible, because all the trees and bushes that were rejected was drawn by me manually, I didn't use even references.  I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I have been creating Bgs for almost 3 years now and it never happened before. I will  try to solve this  problem soon. If you have any suggestions please share in the comments section.
