Queen Faith

Fun fact: I used to mistake Honey for Fantasy as a kid lol 🤦🏾‍♀️🤣

Carrington Moore

I just knew the lower half would throw it off for yall🤣. She put her personal songs towards the bottom and the songs are slower. My all, breakdown, the roof are considered some of her best songs.

Tanesha S

I use to wear this album out as a teenager lol had never been in this kind of love ever at that point in my life, nor had I experienced heartbreak, but I felt every lyric 😂 my favorites were 4th of July, Babydoll, and The Beautiful ones…and Close my eyes 😩 really the entire album

Carrington Moore

My favorites are my all, breakdown, the roof, babydoll, Fourth of July, and outside. If I had to pick 3 it would be babydoll, outside and Fourth of July. Outside makes me cry everytime because that’s always how I felt.

Carrington Moore

This is her very first time actually having complete control over how she wanted her album. Like I said before most of her music consisted of ballads before this album. Her albums before is what got her to be the highest selling female singer of the 90s-2000s, most consecutive numbers and 2 diamond albums so it wouldn’t be right for her to ditch the ballads completely 😭.

Carrington Moore

Y’all would really like charmbracelet, memoirs of an imperfect angel and E=MC2. Those albums are mainly r&b and hip hop through and through out. Mariah also produced babydoll with another producer.

MAX

I’m somewhere in the comments saying I couldn’t WAIT until my guys heard “Fourth of July” and y’all did NOT disappoint! It’s in my ‘Unwrapped’ top 10 EVERY YEAR! 😂 — Y’all are really “Memoirs of An Imperfect Angel” fans. It’s an album written by Mariah and The Dream. She was in her R&B bag! It’s the album with “It’s A Wrap” and “Obsessed”. Replay for DAYS!

X

Oh and Mariah Carey has 19 #1 hits including Honey and My All

Dar Nicole

Saving the best for last… 😭🌚 It’s impossible for me to have a top 3 from this album because track run 3-7 is simply unmatched & flawless! 🦋 🐑

X

The Beautiful Ones is a Prince cover

Mickey10 JB

You have to hear her live stuff, especially from the 90s. She was unbelievable

Myeisha Mack

Breakdown went diamond in my house!

Chev Curtis

Please react to her album "Daydream"

Sade Darby

Breakdown & forth of July went triple platinum in my crib

Jala B

Beautiful ones is a cover! The original song is by Prince

Jala B

Yall should do more Mariah Carey live reactions!

Shaniya J

When yall gonna do Destiny’s Child- Destiny Fulfilled Album😭😭😭

Calibabygirl02

So Glad you guys are on this Mariah Carey Journey!! Hopefully you will continue and do Rainbow or Charmbracelet next there's alot more hip hop collabs, upbeat samples, and the gospel songs are off the charts her pen game is on another level and so are the vocal arrangements hang in there remember this was a transition albulm, it only gets better!!🦋🦋

Britney Willams

One of my favorite Mariah collabs is with Whitney Houston- When you believe from the Prince of Egypt soundtrack

Carrington Moore

Ok I know I’m sending a lot of messages but I forgot to say that the reason a lot of the songs on the album don’t have a lot of plays is because her ex husband sabotage the album’s success. He made sure the album wasn’t promoted and didn’t get radio plays. Her husband is a powerful man in the industry. Breakdown just started being discovered by a lot of people like 5-6 years ago.

Sean

I gotta admit I'm a grown ass 35yr old man and this is by far my favorite Mariah album charm bracelet is good too I say either charmbracelet, Mariah Carey or Glitter should be your next Mariah albums glitter is a sleeper but it just went number 1 on iTunes like 2 or 3 years ago

Mika

Can we get some dru hill please

Lkay

I can't believe you didn't rate this an 8. This was a good album. The next reaction should be E=MC², Charmbracelet and Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel in that order. Looking forward to your next reaction. P.S. the love songs like Honey are about her dating Mase.

Asaunte

Daydream has got to be the next mariah album

James

So as far as her older albums I think you'll like Daydream but the rest before that might be too ballad heavy for you all….

Sam S

Finally!! Lambs we won 😭

Steven Clemons

Told you. This album is phenomenal. You had to hear it. Mariah hitting that perfect balance of hopeful youth, angst and stepping into her power. Just the first few songs alone can be put against ANY song from ANY other artist and come out on top.

Steven Clemons

I think it's time for "talk a good game"- kelly rowland.

Junior

Also songs like Honey, the roof and my all are written about Derek Jeter who she started dating towards the end of her marriage to Tommy

Kennethszn88

This is definitely something different for yall, I think you guys should react to the calling all lovers album by Tamar Braxton it’s a great album beautiful vocals i think you guys would love it 😊

nicole

mariah is truly the greatest songwriter ever.. for her to have been in her 20s back then and wrote this masterpiece of an album. my god 😭 🙌🏾

JM

Asking for MJ on a Prince cover is wild! 😂

Julian Love

Pleasee do Endless Summer Vacation by Miley so we can get into her new stuff !

Mizzheaven83

Since I haven't seen anyone say Tommy full name ... its Tommy Mattola he was the head of Columbia Records and signed Mariah then married her.

Atnillas

Yall should react to JT 20/20 album

AB

I still react to Breakdown the way Trey reacted to it and I’ve been listening to that song for almost 3 decades. I was like 9 years old when this album came out and it just sounded so good and the as I got older the lyrics really hit!

Levi

Her rainbow album next

Lakisha C.

I honestly feel like "Emancipation of Mimi" was her first FULL classic album.

Monica Smith

You know that's a prince song at the end yall said MJ should be on.

Kenyatta (KD) Smith

My All is my favorite song of all time 🤷🏽‍♀️

Daniel Carey

LMAOOOO not nick cannon I’m ☠️☠️

RirixMimi

Mariah actually has a song with Whitney, lol. And they performed it live on Oprah and at the Oscars. (The Oprah performance is better if you’re gonna watch one).

Atnillas

Please react to Jay Z "fade to black" concert movie

Curtis Hill

Omg I am so excited right now. I have been waiting for this on YouTube and it was already here!!!! Worth the money and I haven’t even watched it yet. Lol

Curtis Hill
>>173105050

Ok. Watched it. Loved it. 😍 My vote for next mc album will always be Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel…one of her most cohesive since she worked primarily with the dream on the whole thing. But excited for all! Cheers

Curtis Hill

Please do E=MC2 orMemoirs of an Imperfect Angel next. Can we pay for requests?

January

I hate putting request for other artist under videos about other people but if you'd like to see someone whistle, check out Chante Moore

Devon Burgess

That's a MOBB DEEP SHOOCK ONES sample

I'm Bored

The Roof has 4 versions: the album version, Mobb Deep version, Extended Mobb Deep version, and featuring Brandy on the Anniversary album.

Shawn Thompson

Also! PLEASE KNOW, Mariah has written ALLLL her music. FROM JUMP! 18 Number Ones I believe, self written except that cover of Thee Michael Jackson...I'll Be There!!! SICKENING!!

Shawn Thompson

IF YOUR A SINGER!!!!! MARIAH IS STUDIED!!!!!!! 🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌
