Thanks for joining me for the last installment of this wild episode!

Thanks for joining me on this ride! I've been wanting to draw this episode for a long time, and I hope I've done this little storyline justice.

For transparency - after the next episode, episode 10, I will be going on a small hiatus. August will be a wild month for me, and September may be the same. I need to kinda focus on IRL work for a bit. Hopefully I'll still find time to send along a few illustrations your way!

Stay tuned for EP10! I have something neat planned. :)

I like this episode, I don't know if Steven last name was mentioned before but is good to know it now. But I hope Steven has a talk with Amethyst and Pearl, even if he was lying, they just complicated everything

His last name has come up a few times, yeah :) it was a while ago though, way back in season 3

Thanks, I didn't remember it. Btw, your comic is my favourite fanfic of any show I've ever read or see

Sesharan

Ohhh, I let out the most relieved sigh at the end of all this. I’m so glad things worked out. A part of me is a little bit disappointed that they didn’t end up explaining everything to Connie’s parents, but it’s best to take these things in steps.

Sidra Hitching

I really enjoyed this episode and the ending made me all warm and fuzzy

Ashy

I swear your art gets better with every new installment. This episode was great. :)

Christian Johnson

Im glad she remembered him because of the large gem stone lodged in his forehead, I would’ve too 😭

hope

justice for the bathroom door ✊😔🚪

Eleven

Wow that should have gone so much worse than it did. You are fortunate that messing with your hair is habit steven.

Whatsit Toyou

As much as the comments had me thinking the Maheswaran's would separate Connie and Steven, can't forget this is *Steven Universe* even if is an au (also pretty sure Chekhov already told us that this au is gonna stay close to the original cannon; which makes the Maheswaran's accepting Steven necessary 😅)

Dresden

This was so sweet and wholesome! Greg's speech was especially touching. Steven really deserves some acknowledgment and validation! Also, Connie's dad being a Mr. Universe fanboy was a nice touch.

Theodore Vicary

Well what do ya know Connie’s mum has met white Steven before and only when he was 4 years old.

Dice

I see you are also a fan of the not-so-canon-but-easily-could-be idea that Doug is a fan of Mr. Universe

Amphobet

OK, I was actually a little bit anxious to read this, whew. Good luck with work!

Animegeddon

And alls well that ends well . Right?? Riiight??

Theodore Vicary

Hey I just realised something does that mean the crystal gems & Connie are finally gonna realise that Steven is a half gem when the x ray is shown to them Just a thought.

GolGothDrek

I don't know if this is gonna be a later point of contention, but this episode only introduced Steven to Connie's parents and not the Crystal Gems. Might be interesting later when Connie has to explain them to her parents.

Bethany Bluebird

YESSS IT ALL COMES FULL CIRCLE!! Love that Steven got through this with a Lil honesty. I think the real Steven is pretty great too

Rogue Command

This arc had me on the edge of my seat the entire time, and what a fantastic twist with Priyanka XD also Sea Glass looks so dapper 👌

the web surfer

I really liked this ark! Can't wait to see what comes next!

ProximaCentauri

Forgot how Steven's gem takes a huge portion of his head like that...

Kin

I realy remember someone saying in one of the first chapters that that doctor looked like Connie's mom, i guess the person was right.

Red

Bumpy but good ending in the end.

Chekhov sabe criar uma boa história! Todo o caminho trilhado apenas pra esse momento kkkk
