WIP spectator system (Patreon)

Time to start things right and post updates regarding the development for TA

Today I want to show some foundational work regarding spectating

This is a super early version of the system and mostly if not fully bound to change

This system was in super early versions of TA, however due a mayor rewrites to the game's code, this functionality was broken/lost

The goal of this system is to provide information of however killed you in game as well as a live feed of what they continue to do afterwards
