How Flow State Improves Your Watercolor Paintings

Hi Friends, today I wanted to talk about "How Flow State Improves Your Watercolor Paintings". If you are like me, you've probably felt stuck while painting… overthinking every brushstroke and second-guessing yourself right? In this video, I’m sharing how to get into flow state with watercolor—where painting starts to feel natural, loose, and a lot more enjoyable. This is the space where creativity really opens up and those perfectionist thoughts start to fade away. As you watch the timelapse, I’ll walk you through how I approach flow in my own painting process with this loose wave I painted, along with a few simple ways you can start practicing it in your own work. If you’ve been feeling frustrated or blocked, this might be the shift you need. ✨ Want more in-depth tutorials and paint-alongs? Thank you!!! It’s a beautiful old 1900 Victorian!

Thank you… I think it’s a beginner. I do look for perfection and I do constantly compare to what other people are doing…. Which totally does not lead me to a Flow state….. I’ve gotta keep this in the back of my mind all the time.
