☁️ Ad Free Youtube Tutorial: Mastering Atmospheric Landscapes

Hello Art Friends!

I am so excited to share this latest tutorial with you. Many of you have asked, so we are diving into the world of Atmospheric Watercolors for May, focusing on how to capture that soft, misty light and those deep, moody values that give a landscape so much soul.

This lesson is a bit more of a "watch me paint" style session. I’ll be walking you through my process in real-time, explaining exactly how I layer these darks against the light of the paper to create that glowing effect you see in the background.

What we’ll cover in this session:

Soft Edges vs. Hard Edges: How to use wet-on-wet techniques to create depth and distance.

Value Control: Using those deep indigo and lavender tones to make the highlights pop.

Simplifying Shapes: Turning a complex treeline into a moody, atmospheric silhouette.

The "Glow" Factor: Preserving your whites to keep the painting luminous.

Grab your brushes, find a cozy spot, and let's paint some atmosphere together!

I can't wait to see your versions of this one—feel free to share your progress or finished pieces in the community gallery!
