Easy Beginner Palette Knife Painting Fun! (Patreon)

After yesterday’s Mother’s Day sugar comma from my lovely Box Of Maine Gift ( Whoopie Pies, maple candy, and needems), I’m sharing a quick painting session of this loose atmospheric watercolor today.

This was one of those relaxing warm-up pieces where I let the water, pigment, and palette knife do their thing… and honestly, those are some of my favorite kinds of paintings.

You’ll see how I build soft layers, create texture with the palette knife, and keep everything loose and moody without overworking it.
