5 Minute Friday: Rose Hip (Patreon)

Happy Friday, friends! 💛

This week’s 5 Minute Friday is a quick rose hip. It’s a short, pre-recorded paint-along you can fit into a coffee break or those 10 quiet minutes you’ve saved for yourself.

What you’ll need:

Watercolor paper (scrap paper is fine)

A round #6 or #8 brush and a small detail brush (size 1)

[Reds, a green, and a dark brown or yellow ochre]

Quick tips:🎨 Leave a tiny spot of white paper for the highlight🎨 Drop a deeper red into the damp shadow side🎨 Add a few dark details at the end, since a little goes a long way

No pressure to be perfect. It’s 5 minutes of painting and enjoying the process. 🎨
