Anyway! I had a little more time free in the hotel over my recent short vacation than expected and managed to produce a small update for A Very Confused Pokémon Adventure. It's a little under 3,000 words, just a single chapter, so emphasis on 'small.' Given its size, I'm not going to count it against the 'last time updated' for polling, by the by.

Also, despite its size...there is still a bit of a reason to be excited about it! The chapter covers the remainder of 2B's time up until she starts her Journey in a series of quick snippets. It leaves off with a chance for 2B to pick a starter in addition to her Jigglypuff. I could have written more, but I actually wanted to leave off at that point, as I'm going to run a poll regarding what Pokémon people want to see as 2B's 'official' starter. While she will have access to the Kanto Trio of starters, her work at the Ranch for Professor Oak means she'll also have the option of gaining access to a handful of other Kanto Pokémon (and possibly their variants) I think could fit well with her. I'm going to restrict it to just the Kanto Pokedex and variants of Kanto Pokémon since this is her 'official' starter.

It will be a shortlist, obviously, I don't even know if Patreon could handle a 151-choice poll! The poll will be open to all Patrons, and NOT a weighted poll like the monthly polls. A single vote for all. I'll put it up shortly after this post, so keep an eye out for it ;-). For now, as always, the new content is attached here in various file types. I will also update the Pinned Post with a Masterfile for the story. Note that a small change has been made to the Masterfile. Christian E. Y. reminded me about 2B's visor, and I actually did want her to have it. So there's been a small alteration to Chapter 1 where she notes it not responding to her. It's functional, but she can't link with it when she first arrives as she's no longer an android...
