The Casper Gaming IconSet (Patreon)

Hi all, welcome to the Casper Gaming IconSet!

Icons are a big part of any RPG Maker project, and I have already released quite a few icon packs. However, icon packs are not that easy to use as you need to manually add them to your icon set and they also cause a lot of various project posts on my website, patreon, and itch.io to keep track of. Going forward, instead of releasing individual icon packs, I will be adding to the Casper Gaming IconSet.

RTP Replacement

This icon set comes pre-formatted to replace the default MZ icons without any work from you. All of the default icons were replaced with icons drawn in the new style in the same space they were located in the default icon set. That means if you had an item that used the default MZ icon for a piece of wood, this icon set will also show the piece of wood for your item that had that icon. All default icons should carry over perfectly, though in the blank spaces new icons were added.

What's Included

MZ Replacement Icons - Each of the MZ RTP icons were replaced with more colorful icons

Color Variations - This pack includes color variations for coins, potions, books, food, and more. These are added below the MZ replacement icons

Dungeon Tool Icons - If you use [CGMZ] Dungeon Tools, this pack includes icons for each of the tool types included in that plugin

Currency Icons - Some currency icons were included, which can come in handy if you use [CGMZ] Currency System to add multiple currencies to your game

Keyboard Icons - There are keyboard icons for each key included in both a light and dark mode, as well as in a pressed and unpressed state

Controller Icons - There are controller icons for each of the major controller button types. These controller icons come in both a pressed and unpressed state.

Fruit & Seed Icons - There are around 600 icons for various fruits in different stages (whole, sliced, prepared) and their seeds in seed packets, single seeds, and handfuls of seeds. This would go well with [CGMZ] Gathering if you plan to let the player grow fruit crops. See below image for some of the fruit icons.

Monster Parts - Pieces of traditional monsters such as eyeballs, heads, slime chunks, elemental essences, and many other things that a monster might drop that you can use for crafting recipes, quest items, or just junk to sell at the nearest town for gold.

Clothes - Normal clothes for humans, not armor. This includes things like shirts, pants, shorts, hats, shoes, dresses, coats, and more. There are 208 clothes icons in a variety of colors.

Ores & Minerals - Over 250 icons for various ores and minerals, including gemstones you might find while mining. They come in many different color variations.

Technology - Around 100 icons for everything modern. Cell phones of all kinds, computers, watches, light bulbs, printers, headsets, keyboards, cameras, and much more.

Armors - Armor of all types for things like bronze, iron, gold, dragon, and many more types. It should match the colors available for ores in this same set. It also includes a few elemental armors, ranger, and mage armor.

In total, there are currently around 2,500 icons in the pack.

The Future

As time goes on, the plan is to update this icon set with new icons. If you have any ideas for icons that you'd like to see added, please let me know in the comments below.
