Are you actually trolling? Go to TJ’s channel and click on the button to sort by the oldest videos. In his early 20s, he wasn’t nearly as fat and you could tell he also had more energy. His lungs were not as damaged from all the smoking and overall brain and body were not as damage from all the ultra processed food and sugar. Even the average American consume too much ultra processed food salt and sugar to a level that it accelerates cognitive decline and overall health decline, it’s not just him. His diet is also particularly bad even for an average American. There’s no way he’s in his prime right now.
