Edit 3: Fan recording obtained. It will take several hours to uncompress, render, process, and upload as four separate videos - but sure as shit faster than YouTube

Edit: we understand the stream says unavailable right now. The issue is not it being blocked, it's that it takes a while for YouTube to process a stream this long. We really can't download it to upload on Patreon until it's done, so apologies to those that missed it live

Edit 2: we have contacted YouTube and their response was that we just need to wait longer. They did not say it was lost, they can see it processing. No definite ETA

The ability to upload videos over 12 hours was changed a few years ago. All 24 hour videos are from before the rule change. You can no longer upload videos longer than 12 hours.

I resubbed just for the stream. I got to watch 6-7 hours of the beginning before I had to jet, but I assumed it was being recorded independent of the live steam. Now I wish I would recorded it in the off chance that YouTube dropped the ball. I know how YouTube can be with processing long form videos though so I'm willing to be patient. Didn't/don't you guys record your own stuff too? I mean, I know 24-hours is a LOOOONG time and will create a giant video file, but with how reliable YouTube/Google/The whole freaking internet is these days, you might be better off getting a big hard drive, or heck, spend some(a lot) more and get a really big (U.2) SSD! I recently got a (cheap second hand) 6.4TB U.2 SSD, stuck it on a PCI-Express x4 converter card and it works great! Very fast and because those SSDs are server grade, they last WAY longer than consumer SSDs! Although with the current problems with AI BS taking up all the resources, those SSDs are going to ge even more expensive for the foreseeable future... Heck, even regular old hard drives have gotten more expensive, because of that as well!

YouTube hates these dudes, when they told YouTube the video wouldn’t upload they probably got the attention of an actual person instead of the response ai, and I’d be willing to bet that they’re on some sort of list to not help them. Brett flagging their attempted re uploads probably doesn’t help.
